I think they train their employees not to make eye contact or smile.I really didn't expect that especially from the young generation.I always feel like cap when I leave there because they make you feel stupid and you don't kow anything.I promise you I wI'll never step foot in that place again and I will drive to Cincinnati if I have to.Good luck for your future.Bye
